I think it’s worth a try. I completely understand because Panic Disorder can be debilitating…I was there 4 years ago, couldn’t even leave the house for fear of having another attack. Have you tried therapy or Anxiety medication? How about meditation?

I totally understand what your going through, Ask your doctor about Paxil its perscription but it has helped me 100% I’m back to normal, but if that doesnt work out, then yes, get some help

those panic attacks are like pure hell, I used to get them all the time and not go outside of my house

please try paxil it has helped my life get back to normal again

you are not taking to to far , a treatment center can help you have you talked to a doctor about medication that may be an option

I have the same problem. Don’t want to discourage you but it is very difficult to come out of this. I have not driven in 3 yrs. Only go out to go to my doctors appointment. I do not even like visitors to come to my home. I think I am just too depressed and do not even want to take the energy to bathe, wash my hair or get dressed. I even have someone coming to my home to do my hair.

I went out to the hope center in Seattle, WA and I live in SC. I was there for four weeks and thought it had helped until I got home and got back in the same old rut.

It cannot hurt you to try though. I guess we have nothing to lose. I have heard Atlanta has some good ones. I sincerely wish you much success if you go. It can only help if you have the means to go.

Happy New Year and lots of luck :) Eventually, I believe we will get better, we just have to keep on trying.

I have dealt with serous anxiety for years and my solution was to get control of my life…when I had the most sever problem I didn’t have a good way to make a living…after I learned a trade,,( machinist ) I became confident to the point that I had control of my life.. I knew I could work anywhere and was not afraid of loosing my job…before that I tried meds and they either put me to sleep or made my mind fuzzy…I tried counseling and I felt most consulars needed consoling themselves…I am a firm believer a person needs to be confident enough to control you life and not rely on others… hope this helps
