Rush University Medical Center has a really good program.

Chicago-Read Mental Health Center is a good place also.
(312)832-1150

I don't know if this applies to you, but if so the SAFE programs are really really good.

If none of these work, most hospitals have inpatient mental health treatment programs.

Good luck.
