im going to see a doctor tomorrow for anxiety what treatment will i get/ pills if any?

ive had the anxiety for quite some time but I have never received treatment because ive been in bootcamp to the navy the i havent had time to get out cheaked it gets a bad a time where I have to arrest me because im breathing too hard ive had the anxiety before I had the navy so as not to have just barely begun.

I have anxiety.. The doc will talk to you and prescribe a pill to try out and see how it works for you. But you are way better off seeing a therapist for this issues because they are usually more informed on natural ways to help with this problem as a doctor will just give you a pill and say see you in a month. GL
Contrary to what others are saying here the doc probably wont give you xanax right away, it is a highly addictive drug and is only used as a last resort.
Chances are he will put you on an antidepressant. No worries though, its usually a very low dose. After about a month you will come in for a follow up and if the anti depressants didnt work then they will give you a drug like xanax!
