Why do people get social anxiety disorder?

    I think people get it because people can be judgemental and arses to be quite frank. You go to the bank and you get the mean teller. You go to a shop to buy a new dress and you get the nasty shopgirls who will look you up and down and won’t serve you.
    People start to become fearful of going out because they don’t want to have to cope with the feelings that arise in those situations.
    And also, sometimes it has to do with personality as well.
