How are you going to ask a question you don't know the answer to and then tell someone how to answer it. That's for sure you do sound like you have a anxiety disorder. If you don't know what work why limit the answers that maybe where your answer is. But I suggest you go see a professional.

I have had panic/anxiety attacks for five years. I was on xanax for 6 months but alll it did was make me sleep. Then I discoved my "miracle cure". So simple and readily available. 2 tbls heinz apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 3-4 x day has made me calm and relaxed. I would not state this fact if it were not true. I am a very spiritual person. Vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals. I also drink 2 gallons of water daily. Water rehydrates the brain. Read dehydration on the web. 6-8 glasses of water would do you okay. Vinegar works for me or anyone else who uses it daily. I could not cross a street for fear of being run over by a car or truck. Parked cars scared me. I finally was able to go out and get my driver's liscense last month after 5 years of being in my house. I only went to the market and back. Thank god we lived next door to the store.

I was on Effexor and it seemed to help a little, but I had major mood swings. I switched to Wellbutrin and that has helped my anxiety greatly. The side effects were minimal and easy to deal with. I'm also currently on Seroquel which helps put my mind at ease at night, that also works pretty well, but I've had some short term memory issues with that one. It's nothing I can't deal with so I keep taking it because it works.
